Set of 2 Mid century Orginal Leather Pallone lounge chair by Roy de Scheemaker for Leolux, 1980s The Pallone chair was designed by Roy de Scheemaker in 1989 for the House of the Future in Rosmalen & is manufactured by Leolux in the Netherlands. With its futuristic aesthetic, the Pallone lounge chair has a spherical shape with a large, curved seat cushion that rests on three short, polished legs that create an angled profile. The wide & curved backrest sits as if floating above the seat cushion on the chrome-plated frame & underlines the space travel feeling. The seat cushion is padded in two zones, the center in grey & the outer areas in pink with contrasting leather for the backrest.
