Extremely rare Mid-Century Modern tubular steel desk lamp, featuring a sculptural circular base that seamlessly flows into a vertical support & an adjustable spotlight head. The lamp has a minimalist, almost Bauhaus-inspired aestheticclean lines, brushed stainless or nickel steel, & a black flexible cable looped as a visual accent. This design echoes classics like the Giso 404 piano lamp (1927), crafted by J.J.P. Oudknown for its asymmetrical cantilever & cylindrical forma hallmark of functional yet artistic lighting. Lamps of this era married form & function, creating pieces that double as sculptural elements.
