Flux-Gel conforming to EN 61190-1-1 REL0 DIN EN 29454 1.2.3.C (DIN 8511 F-SW 32). Matedex Multifix 450-01 was especially developed for rework and repair. It is a resin based, no-clean, tacky flux, suitable for manual and automatic dispensing, with good printability and fine dispensability. The extreme low activation causes an excellent insulation reaction of the flux residues after soldering. Therefore Multifix 450-01 is excellently suitable for many applications in electronics. The residues of Multifix 450-01 dry quickly, are hard and not sticky. If necessary they can be removed by our cleaner Matedex Flux-Ex 500.
