Amazing timepiece by German clock manufactury KIENZLE, founded in 1822 in Schwenningen/Germany. Elegant clock from the "chronoquartz" series, which was launched in 1974. As special gimmick it has an integrated auto running date display. Completely made of stainless steel with chrome parts. Cool statement piece. Represents perfect the Modernism Mid Century eras. in excellent condition! For collectors - or your desk. MODEL: KIENZLE Date Chronoquarz desk/table/mantel clock Made in Germany MOVEMENT: Precise Kienzle W715 quarz Made in Germany Works worldwide with a standard C-size LR14 battery DATE DISPLAY: The clock has an integrated date display It works fully automatically. in months with only 30 days, the date must be advanced manually on backside to skip the 31. MATERIAL: Solid brushed stainless steel frame & stand with polished chrome front Raised chrome plated hour markers & black minute scale Straight chrome plated hands, black lined & a slim second hand with polished chrome center The dial is covered by a convex glass CONDITION: in excellent condition! Only very small signs from use. The glass is perfect & was cleaned from inside. One of the six screws on the back is not original. Please look for pictures, also use the zoom function for details! Of course the Kienzle movement is in perfect working order & keeps the time exactly! Also the date works fine. All movements of my clocks are tested by me for some weeks.
