Fittings Set Print made of high quality material. Large bushing made by professional selective laser sintering (SLS) 3D print. To make sure: this is not a cheap homemade 3D print, it is made by an industrial 3D print company! Material has an abrasion resistance up to 30 times higher than conventional materials! It is used for all sliding applications, as well as rollers, racks, spur gears & bevel gears. Usual on tulip chairs this bushing is worn out first! Washers are made of stainless steel. Both sets includes: - 3 Plastic Shaft Bushings (1 large, 2 small) - 2 Washer - 1 Shaft Lock Ring After installing of the small bushings it may be they are very tight! It may be required to use a reamer (or a round wood with sandpaper) to make it smooth moving. 3. Center shaft Knoll - original Knoll int. spare part. Does not include fittings set 1. or 2., please order separate. 4. 6 x Screw to fix center shaft to shell (metric) - Set of 6 screws to screw center shaft to shell (SCREWS ONLY) All fits to arm- & side chair! It's pointless to replace just the large ring. The large ring usually breaks when the lower, smaller bushings wear out. Not much play is required, but it's enough to destroy the large ring.
