The clock comes from a stock from production of the former GDR. It is probably an OEM model by "Uhrenwerke WEIMAR", that is still without branding. Weimar produced clocks for its own GDR brand, as well as brands intended for export, but also for West German brands such as "Meister-Anker". The built-in movement in this clock is a caliber A57 which was produced until 1990. It is very likely that this was one of the last GDR productions before the closure of the company at the German reunification in 1990. Quite a historical part of East German product culture. Simple made clock, clear design, the white is of course bright snow white, as it is new.
