This case was made in the 70s or 80s & holds an immersion heater - these were typical of that time to bring water to a boil. This boiler device is still inside the case (and should be working too, but it is more a gimmick), but the case itself does also work very well as a pencil or toiletry case! It is printed all over with a typical flower pattern in red, purple & green colors. It is closable with a zipper & you can store a lot of pens & pencils in it, or toiletry & make-up articles if you prefer that! As it was made by a synthetic plastic fabric, you can easily clean it should some ink produce stains on the in- or outside. The condition of the pencil case (and the immersion heater) is very good, with only few signs of age & use. Please see pictures for details!
