This is a tea or coffee pot, made under the mark of Original Bunzlau in the 1920s / 1930s. The brown relief pattern had been done in spray cast & surely shows a beautiful Art Deco style! As it was fired under extremely high temperatures, it is fire-proof which means it may even be used in microwave ovens & be put into the dish washer still today (we wouldn't necessarily advise it, though). A seal states the manufacturer & that it is fire-proof. The pot is in good condition, but shows some craquelure. We pre-cleaned it a bit, but you should give it another go before using it for serving drinks, but that should be always the case with food-related items of course, should you decide to use this hundred-years-old pot for its intended use. Dimensions coffeepot: ca. 17 cm height, ca. 13 cm diameter, ca. 890 g weight.
