The famous Blå Eld servis by ceramic artist Hertha Bengtson, designed in 1951 for Rörstrands Porslinfabriken is one of the most famous designs in nordic ceramics. The deep blue color, the organic but still nordic lines, combined with the distinctive braiding pattern is still one of the most beautiful lines of crockery ever created. Note: My humble opinion.
