MID CENTURY ERDAL DESK CLOCK This beauty is in a absolutely impressive condition & looks like new! It is an advertising clock for shoe cream of the company Erdal, which was founded in Mainz/Germany in 1837. It has a glossy trapezoidal glass plate with gray checkered pattern printed from behind. The clock stands on a filigree black metal base with white rubberized protective caps. The hands are polished brass, the second hand is sweeping & runs quietly. Represents perfect the Mid Century - Modernism period. in excellent condition! For collectors - or your desk. MODEL: Cirage ERDAL Schoenchreme Promo clock MOVEMENT: Electric synchronous by NUFA NUFA was produced by German company AEG With smooth second MATERIAL: Glass plate, printed on backside Polished brass hands Black coated stand with white rubber caps CONDITION: Optical in excellent condition! Looks nearly like new. Minimal rust on the metal base. Small paint chips on top & right corner. The glass is perfect with no scratches or blemishes. Even the power cable is not porous & the plug looks great too. Absolutely rare in this great condition for this age! Of course the clock is in good working order. It works silent with sweeping second hand. With German 220V Power plug. For worldwide use you need an adaptor/transformator from German to your country typical power plug.
