The 'OKE' table/desk was initially manufactured as a Berlin custom furniture piece for a customer who wanted a stylish modern desk for their office which would add some mid century & Scandinavian interior influence. The design takes inspiration from the famous danish designer 'finn juhl' This custom mid century style desk received a lot of positive attention & I have since added it to my made to order furniture series. Equally suitable as an elegant dining table, The desk is handcrafted from solid Ash wood & constructed using traditional joinery & craftmanship techniques. The solid wood table top features a fine angled edge profile which gives it a light appearance & the illusion that the table top is floating above the base like a wing. Custom sizing available. The desk is available in Solid Oak, Solid Cherry & Solid Walnut. Due to the solid construction shipping is available in Europe via a private Courier service.
