They can directly replace nozzles of different diameters for printing, which is convenient and efficient, bringing a better printing experience. Compatible models and packaging: This h2d hot end kit is not only suitable for bambu lab h2d 3D printers, but also for bambu lab a1 and bambu lab a1 mini. The hot end is pre-installed with a 0.8mm hardened steel nozzle, and the large-diameter nozzle can improve printing efficiency. We also have 2 replaceable silicone sleeves in the package. High hardness, smooth inner wall and no clogging: This bambu lab h2d nozzle is made of hardened steel SKD11, and the surface is treated with DLC nano-treatment, which can withstand high temperatures of 550°C; the surface of the heating block is plated with chromium zirconium copper nickel, which has fast heat conduction and high temperature resistance; the roughness of the throat and the inner wall of the nozzle is Ra 0.8, and the inner wall is smooth, which can reduce clogging and improve printing quality. The smaller the 0.6mm caliber nozzle, the higher the model accuracy and prints higher quality models. How to remove and replace the nozzle instructions: 1. Remove the silicone sleeve, install the hot end and heat to 250°C; 2. Use a 5.0 wrench to clamp the heating block groove, a 3.0 wrench to clamp the nozzle, and turn the 3.0 wrench clockwise to remove the nozzle; turn counterclockwise to tighten the nozzle. Note: Our products will be checked before shipment, but it is inevitable that the nozzle will be loose due to transportation. Therefore, after receiving the package, it is recommended to heat tighten the nozzle to prevent leakage.
