Precision structural design The integrated hot end component integrates a high-temperature silicone sleeve (2 pieces/set), supports 350℃ high-temperature printing, and is compatible with all types of consumables such as PLA/PETG/TPU/ABS. The inner wall of the flow channel is mirror-polished, and with SKD11 hardened steel material (hardness HRC58-60), it significantly reduces the friction loss of carbon fiber consumables and extends the nozzle life to more than 3 times that of traditional copper nozzles. Modular quick-change system The patented latch structure enables tool-free separation of the hot end and electronic components, and the heating block does not need to be touched during the replacement process (it is recommended to cool to below 50°C). The hot end assembly can be disassembled and assembled in 3 seconds with one hand. The two sets of hot ends can realize fast switching of consumables, greatly shortening the preparation time for multi-color/multi-material printing. Industrial-grade durable configuration The all-metal heating module has passed the 3000-hour continuous working test, and the temperature fluctuation is controlled within ±1°C.
