The surface film has been technically upgraded for greater thickness, stronger adhesion,better flatness, and resistance to bubbling, allowing for repeated use. The print bed surface is resistant to high temperature 200°C, perfect for a wide range of filaments, including PLA, TPU, PETG, and ABS.If you want to print other filaments, please adjust the parameters. Effortless Model Removal:Removing models is a breeze with the spring steel sheet, which can be easily bent to detach prints quickly and effortlessly, without the need for any tools. The plate retains its flatness after bending, thanks to its durable spring steel construction that is flexible, high-strength, and heat-resistant. Superior Adhesion: You can print directly on each side of a double-sided PEO and Flake sheet without the need to use any glue or other tools to help the model stick to the build plate sheet. Excellent adhesion is achieved when the temperature of the heated bed is about 60°C. Maintain the build plate:After receiving the H2D build plate, first peel off the transparent protective film on the surface. Clean the surface with alcohol to keep it clean (the pattern of the print bottom may fade or disappear if wiped with hands or other oily substances). Attach the plate to the print bed and level it carefully, making sure not to let the nozzle scratch the surface, as this can affect printing results. After printing, wait for the temperature to drop to a safe level before removing the model.
